The ladies at the front desk were exceptionally accommodating and very pleasant to engage with b and get everything in order and taking care off. Mrs.Shonda went out of her way to help get the payment straightening out due to system issues when trying to pay online. She was still willing to do what she could to accommodate the coupons that we were going to be using online. Even though the system was giving issues when trying to pay and Even despite having to end up paying cash. Everything worked out and I’m so very grateful for having someone like her to work with as a customer and pet owner in which she was very friendly to my dog and made sure he had what he needed as well so he was comfy and had what he needed as well. You guys are very blessed to have her on staff and anyone that has the pleasure in dealing Mrs. Shonda will not be dissatisfied.
For the price and affordability, you cannot go wrong staying here. Excellent rates for long term stays. Accommodations are basic but clean. Everything you need is here. Everyone that works here is amazing and take good care of the guests. If you are not impressed by fancy foofoo details that drive up the price of your stay, and are looking for clean, bug free and affordable..this is it. Perfectly happy here!!

We just arrived a day ago and the lady at the front desk Ms. Sharon is absolutely the sweetest. She made sure we have everything we need and when I asked her for a new shower curtain she didn’t hesitate to provide me with one. is bug FREE!! Now the owner is completely disrespectful he will start yelling and being very ignorant. This place is okay if you need a place to sleep for a couple of nights but the Woodforest is near by and I highly recommend going there instead. Grass is overgrown and someone had the nerve to steal my guy work boots off the back of his truck! Best advice is listen to the other reviews they’re not lying..

Good clean hotel, my room is very spacious for a single king bed room. The bathroom was very clean good size. The lady in the office Ms. LaKeisha was amazing with helping us check in she made the process smooth and easy. Very sweet woman helped me with all my questions. Make sure to ask for her when u come stop by for a visit. She's great. The TV wasn't working well but they fixed the problem within minutes of me telling them. Very friendly hotel. Great staff. And budget friendly because we all know saving some money is great.
I stayed here 2 weeks for work and I had no problem whatsoever. The front desk lady (Keisha I think) was very helpful and got me into a room quickly. The room was clean and everything worked fine. The hot water took a few minutes to heat up but the crazy strong water pressure was great after a long day of work. I would stay here again.
